美银下调俄罗斯外债评级

美国银行(BAC)周一发布研究报告，将俄罗斯的外债评级下调至“持有观望”(Market Weight)，原因是担心乌克兰危机的升级将导致俄罗斯面临更多制裁。
上周日，亲俄罗斯的乌克兰反政府激进分子占领了该国两座城市的地方政府总部；而乌克兰政府则指责称，俄罗斯总统普京在幕后指使了这一暴动事件。这两座城市中的激进分子已提出要求，希望就加入俄罗斯一事进行全民公投。乌克兰总理人阿尔谢尼亚-亚岑纽科 (Arseniy Yatsenyuk)对此谴责称，俄罗斯正试图分裂乌克兰。
美银美林俄罗斯及独联体地区首席经济学家弗拉德米尔-欧萨科夫斯基(Vladimir Osakovskiy)称：“我们认为，市场很容易就会把这种形势发展视为乌克兰危机的升级。”他还指出，对美国和欧盟来说，俄罗斯公开插足乌克兰东部地区很可能是“不可接受的，可能触 发针对俄罗斯的代价高昂的制裁措施”。
