俄罗斯受欧美制裁 出现明显危机征兆

彭博社24日报导，俄罗斯投资银行VTB Capital表示，受欧美经济制裁冲击金融市场(未来恐将扩及特定产业)、外国投资缩水以及借贷成本攀高将冲击内需的影响，俄国(全球第9大经济体)经济预估至少会连续两个季度(今年第2、3季)呈现萎缩。俄国经济部副部长Sergei Belyakov 17日就已表示，俄罗斯经济现状出现明显的危机征兆。Capital Economics上周表示，今年第1季俄国资金外流金额预估将高达700亿美元(注：去年全年外流金额为630亿美元)、当地经济恐将因而陷入衰退。俄罗斯财长Anton Siluanov表示，俄国今年可能会因借贷成本攀高而停止赴海外发债。他在3月21日表示，有人说欧美制裁不会影响俄国金融系统、但实际上负面效应已经开始显现。彭博社调查显示，在24种开发中国家货币当中，俄罗斯币的表现仅优于阿根廷披索。Thomson Reuters报导，北大西洋公约组织(NATO)军事指挥官23日表示，俄罗斯已在俄乌边界集结非常庞大的武装部队，莫斯科当局在吞并克里米亚之后可能会瞄准前苏联加盟共和国「摩尔多瓦(Moldova)」。

1.27%、收1,136.21点；今年迄今跌幅达21.25%。美元兑俄罗斯币去年升值7.55%，今年迄今升值幅度超过10%。
