耶伦暗示明年中升息 公债殖利率跳升 交易量暴增

联储局(FED)主席耶伦(Janet Yellen)暗示联邦基金利率可能在明(2015)年年中调升，令对利率敏感的美国10年期公债殖利率大幅跳升、债市交易量也暴增近一倍。Bloomberg Bond Trader报价显示，纽约债市19日尾盘时，美国10年期公债殖利率大涨10个基点至2.77%；2年期公债殖利率也跳涨7个基点至0.42%，稍早一度大涨10个基点、创2011年6月来最大单日涨点。债券价格与殖利率呈现反向走势。联邦公开市场操作委员会(FOMC)19日会后宣布，联邦基金利率动向将不再与特定的失业率挂钩，未来会把就业市况、通膨预期、金融环境等诸多因素纳入评估。耶伦并在会后的记者会上透露，联邦基金利率预定在量化宽松货币政策(QE)结束后六个月左右开始调升。
FOMC调查还显示，FED升息速度亦有可能加快。FOMC 16名委员中有13位委员预期FED将在2015年开始升息，其中有5位估计当年底利率将升至1%。去年12月调查时，仅有2位持相同看法。另外，有越来越多的委员相信，2016年底利率就会升破2.25%。根据彭博社报导，依照目前的QE减码步伐，FED预料会在明年年中开始升息。富兰克林坦伯顿基金公司(Franklin Templeton Investments)固定收益政策委员会共同主席Michael Materasso表示，FED成员预估的2015年底、2016年底联邦基金利率水位比之前高出25个基点，引起市场关注。他说，FOMC开始对经济抱持较为乐观的态度，这也反映在数字上面。
有「债券天王」美誉的太平洋投资管理公司(PIMCO)共同创办人葛洛斯(Bill Gross)日前才表示，FED会把焦点放在通膨上面，且至2015年下半年为止联邦基金利率应该都会趋近于零。债市成交量也大幅上升。美债最大同业经纪商ICAP Plc统计，美国债市19日的成交额爆增97%至5,590亿美元；3月13日成交额5,824亿美元甫创超过9个月新高。彭博社统计显示，隔夜指数掉期(Overnight Index Swap，猜测联邦基金利率动向的衍生性金融商品)的远期市场显示，交易者预估FED首度升息的时间点在FOMC会后从原本的2015年7月提前至2015年6月。
