芝加哥联储局：暗示将再减100亿 前瞻指引需修正

芝加哥联邦储备银行总裁Charles Evans 10日明白表示，联储局(FED)将持续以每月100亿美元的缓慢速度缩减购债规模，与此同时，货币政策前瞻指引也到了必须进行修正的时候。Evans是联储局鸽派的代表人物，他的发言强烈暗示，QE在新一次会期上几乎笃定会再被剪发。此前，FED已两次缩减QE各100亿美元，目前每月购债规模还剩650亿美元。除了购债减码外，FED目前还急需解决前瞻指引公信力的问题。Evans被认为是利率政策与6.5%失业率挂勾的推手，不过，随着美国失业率下降的速度超出预期，Evans认为这个由他主导的前瞻指引也必须进行修正。此前，FED纽约分行行长William Dudley也提出相同的看法。
Evans建议新的前瞻指引应该以「质化」的描述」取代「量化」的数字，藉以说服市场，低利率政策将持续很长时间。
