美国若制裁俄罗斯 俄罗斯将呼吁各国抛售美债

RIA 4日报导，美国参议员Christ Murphy表示国会议员考虑对俄罗斯银行业实施制裁，措施包括冻结俄罗斯公家机关与民间投资人资产。Glazyev 4日指出，俄国与南方、东方伙伴都有相当好的经济与贸易关系；俄罗斯不仅会找出降低对美元依赖的方式、更将从中获取利润。他说，如果美国胆敢冻结俄罗斯资产，那么俄国银行业跟企业就会顺势拒绝偿还美国银行业贷款。根据美国财政部公布的资料，截至2013年12月底为止俄罗斯持有美国公债余额达1,386亿美元、低于2012年12月的1,615亿美元。
Thomson Reuters报导，Glazyev表示俄国资产若被美国冻结，莫斯科当局可以建议所有持有美国公债的国家一起抛售美债。彭博社2月19日报导，国际投资人去年12月合计增持美国公债780亿美元(1.4%)至创纪录的5.79兆美元，占美国在外流通政府债券余额(11.9兆美元)的48.8%。国际投资人去年合计增持美国公债4%(2,211亿美元)、创2006年以来最小增额。
