G20支持宽松政策 目标5年后增2%

20国集团(G20)宣布计划在未来5年增加2兆美元的额外产出，并创造上千万份新工作，显示各国乐观相信金融海啸时。
彭博社和路透社报导，澳洲悉尼的G20期的严格撙节已成过往。峰会23日闭幕，与会财长和央行官员在两天会议后发布公报表示，将采取具体行动增加投资就业，也将研拟宏大却又实际的政策，目标在未来5年使G20总体GDP能比当前政策预期，再增加2%。
G20成长计划点子来自国际货币基金组织(IMF)报告，指称结构性改革可望在今后5年，每年提升0.5%的经济产出，促使国际产值增加2.25兆美元。
G20同时坦承，许多先进国家的货币政策需维持宽松，且应在适当时机逐渐恢复正常。美国联准会量化宽松(QE)减码导致新兴市场货币狂贬，不少新兴国家呼吁美国考虑QE缩减的外溢效应。G20央行官员仅表示将致力于谨慎协调沟通货币政策，注意对全球经济的影响。Westpac货币策略师Sean Callow指出，新兴市场的忧虑明确反应在公报中，但是没有迹象显示，联储局将对现行政策做出任何改变。
