费舍尔：美联储应尽早结束购债政策

近期美国达拉斯联储主席费舍尔(Richard Fisher)称希望美联储(FED)尽早结束其用于刺激经济的债券购买计划，但同时称，美联储不能“在一夜之间完全结束购债政策”(from “Wild Turkey to cold turkey overnight”)。
费舍尔在接受采访时发表了上述看法，称美联储应当按每次政策会议最少缩减100亿美元的速度持续缩减量化宽松(QE)政策，直至将资产购买规模缩减至零的水平。
费舍尔指出，商业领袖们信心好于之前的水平，这让美联储采取行动的难度降低，“至少最近一年来，我都不曾听说过他们(商界)需要更低成本的货币或更多的货币获得渠道”。
一直以来质疑美联储购债策略的费舍尔认为，美联储已经竭尽所能地支持经济增长和降低失业率，同时担心所有宽松货币所存在的潜在副作用。
美国联邦公开市场委员会(FOMC)即将在周二至周三(1月28-29日)举行2014年首次货币政策会议，市场目前普遍预计美联储会再次决定将量化宽松(QE)政策缩减100亿美元至每月650亿美元。
按惯例，美国FOMC成员不应当在利率决议公布之前一周的时间里就货币政策等内容公开发表看法，即所谓的“信息封锁期”。但外媒指出，相关采访活动早在这一规定的日期之前就已经完成。
