受IEA上调石油需求影响 原油期货上涨

纽约商业交易所（NYMEX）3月原油期货1月21日上涨0.62美元或0.7%成为每桶94.97美元，受国际能源署（IEA）上调石油需求预估的激励，欧洲ICE期货交易所（ICE Futures Europe）3月布兰特原油上涨0.38美元或0.4%成为每桶106.73美元。两者的价差由前一交易日的12.11美元缩小至11.76美元。
俄新社（RIA Novosti）报导，哈萨克斯坦总统府中央通讯局1月20日表示，2014年该国预计将生产8,300万吨原油，与410亿立方公尺天然气，原油加工量则预计达到1,470万吨。其中，原油产量将较上年度的8,180万吨有所增长，天然气产量则较上年度的423亿立方公尺略减。IEA将去年第四季全球原油需求预估较前月报告提高每日13.5万桶，因美国需求的增长抵消了中国大陆与其他地区的需求下滑。2013全年，世界石油需求预估年增每日120万桶，2014年则预估将年增每日130万桶。
2013年12月，全球石油日均供应量月减2.5万桶至9,223万桶，主要受到季节性因素的影响。与去年同期相比，石油输出国组织（OPEC）原油日产量年减53.3万桶，但OPEC以外国家的原油日产量则是年增163万桶。OPEC去年12月的原油日产量增加31万桶达到2,982万桶，扭转了连续四个月的下跌趋势，主要受到沙特阿拉伯以及阿拉伯联合酋长国产量增长的带动，伊拉克则是上月产量唯一下滑的OPEC成员国。而虽然利比亚政府预期石油生产可以很快恢复，但其上月产量仅有些微增长。IEA指出，尽管在美国页岩油的带动下全球产出增长，但过去几个月的需求已经消耗了石油库存，OECD国家11月的商业石油库存减少5,360万桶，为2011年以来最大月度跌幅。
