库存减少 NYMEX原油站上100美元

纽约商业交易所(NYMEX)2月原油期货12月27日上涨0.77美元或0.8%成为每桶100.32美元,创下两个月新高,因库存持续减少的影响;欧洲ICE期货交易所(ICE Futures Europe)2月布兰特原油上涨0.2美元或0.2%成为每桶112.18美元。两者的价差由前一交易日的12.43美元缩小至11.86美元。周线NYMEX原油上涨1%,布兰特原油上涨0.6%。
美国能源部12月27日公布的数据显示,上周美国原油库存减少470万桶,因墨西哥湾地区库存继续下降,即便美国石油产量达到25年高点。上周美国原油库存降幅高于路透调查分析师平均预估的减少230万桶。
俄新社报导,俄罗斯自然资源与生态部部长表示,在现有条件下,俄现有的储量还可以使俄罗斯在未来10年每年保持5亿吨的原油开采量。但如果采取新型技术,进一步发掘潜力,那么俄有望未来30年每年保持5亿到6亿吨的原油开采量。俄罗斯拥有能源开发的巨大潜力。目前的主要任务是采取有效措施让这一竞争优势变为现实,同时要注意生态环保。
《zerNews》12月26日报导,哈萨克国民福利基金(Samruk-Kazyna)在报告当中援引哈萨克国家石油和天然气公司(KazMunaiGas)的发展策略指出,至2022年,该国位于里海北部的卡沙干油田(Kashagan)预计将年产约1,500万吨原油。KazMunaiGas称2022年该油田年产量将达1,487.6万吨,其中属于KazMunaiGas的份额为251.1万吨。
卡沙干油田发现于2000年,据信是全球第二大油田,仅次于美国阿拉斯加的普拉德霍湾油田(Prudhoe Bay Oilfield);该油田可采储量预估为110亿桶,总资源储量估计达350亿桶,天然气储量预估超过一兆立方公尺。根据政府的预估,卡沙干油田将在今后几年帮助哈萨克经济增速达到7%,该国去年国内生产总值(GDP)增速为5%。
哈萨克国家油气公司、艾克森美孚(Exxon Mobil)、荷兰皇家壳牌(Royal Dutch Shell)、法国道达尔(Total)和意大利埃尼集团(ENI)各持有卡沙干油田16.84%的股份。日本国际石油开发株式会社(Inpex)持有该项目7.56%的股份,中石油(601857)今年获得8.33%的股份。
