美国12月密歇根消费者信心回升 创5个月新高

受惠于经济、就业展望好转，美国消费者信心回升至5个月新高。
路透社/密歇根大学23日公布，12月消费者信心指数终值自前月的75.1进步至82.5，为7月以来最佳表现，且接近路透社调查预估的83。
路透社报导，密大信心调查首席经济学家Richard Curtin指出，年终血拼热潮与短期经济展望改善，是消费者信心增强的主因。
现况分项指数自前月的88上升至98.6点。消费者现况分项指数通常与股市、就业市场具有高度关联性，也反映出美国众对自身财务状况与是否进行大额采购的看法。
对于未来6个月景气看法的消费者期望指数，自前月的66.8上升至72.1；一年期通膨率预估由2.9%回升至3%；5至10年期通膨率预期自2.9%下滑至2.7%。
密大消费者信心指数自1978年公布迄今，美国共计历经5次衰退，经济萎缩期间信心指数平均值为69.3。最近一次经济衰退为期18个月并于2009年6月结束，期间指数平均为64.2，而此前5年指数平均值为89。
