法国经济衰退不乐观 令人担忧

法国经济情势愈来愈不乐观，在12月关键制造业、服务业采购经理人指数(PMI)双双呈现下滑走势后，第4季再度陷入经济衰退的风险已上升到令人担忧的程度。金融信息服务机构Markit 16日公布，法国12月综合采购经理人指数(PMI)初值自前月的48点下滑至47点，创7个月新低。其中，服务业PMI连两个月走跌至6个月新低的47.4点，而制造业PMI更是连跌5个月至7个月新的47.1点。
PMI指数大于50象征产业景气扩张，反之则为衰退。由PMI与GDP走势连动的关系判断(可参见附图)，法国经济其实早已在衰退边缘。Markit首席经济学家Chris Williamson表示，各种迹象显示，法国愈来愈像新欧洲病夫的病症。法国第3季GDP萎缩0.1个百分点，若第4季再没有起色，导致GDP连两个季度萎缩的话，即符合经济衰退定义。若撇开法国不论，欧元区的经济表现尚且过得去，当月欧元区综合PMI指数月增0.4点至3个月新高的52.1点，其中服务业PMI月减0.2点至51点，制造业PMI月增1.7点则是创下31个月新高。
