原油期货下跌 伊朗达成核协议

纽约商业交易所（NYMEX）1月原油期货11月22日下跌0.6美元或0.6%成为每桶94.84美元，欧洲ICE期货交易所（ICE Futures Europe）1月布兰特原油上涨0.97美元或0.9%成为每桶111.05美元。两者的价差由前一交易日的14.64美元扩大至16.21美元，此创下八个月新高。周线NYMEX原油上涨1.1%，布兰特原油上涨2.4%。
路透社报导，根据伊朗和六大国11月24日稍早达成的协议，伊朗将获得制裁松绑，但须以停止部分核子计划做为交换条件。协议内容包括，可取得黄金和贵金属交易的15亿美元潜在收入，取消部分对伊朗汽车业和石化产品出口的制裁，允许采购伊朗石油的数量维持在当前大幅降低的水平。声明指出，若伊朗遵守承诺，销售石油的42亿美元收入将可分批入账。英国全球能源研究中心（CGES）网站11月22日报导，伊拉克北方基尔库克原油（Kirkuk crude）9月份出口量较前月的每日27万桶下滑至25万桶。基尔库克原油主要透过Kirkuk-Ceyhan油管出口至土耳其，今年以来不断因为遭受破坏以及基础设施的老旧而非预期性的关闭。如果没有其他意外的话，基尔库克原油明年第一季的出口量可望达到每日30万桶。
截至11月15日当周，美国天然气消费量较前周减少6%，包括发电、工业以及住宅与商业的天然气消费均较前周下滑。美国上周天然气供应量较前周减少1.1%，其中国内产量减少0.8%（11月9日的日产量甫达到创新高的675亿立方英尺），但较去年同期仍增长3%，来自加拿大的进口量也下滑5%。EIA此前预估，美国今年将成为全球最大的石油与天然气生产国。今年10月份科威特向中国出口原油比上个月增长5.4%，约每天18.2万桶，占当月大陆进口原油份额的3.8%，但与去年同期相比下降10.3%。
大陆今年10月份原油进口总量年减13.8%成为2041万吨，降至13个月的新低。沙国仍为大陆的第一大原油供应国，约每天109万桶，下降了0.9%；安哥拉列第二位，约每天76.1万桶，增长3.9%；阿曼列第三位，约每天52.3万桶，下降了21%；俄罗斯和伊拉克分列第四和第五位。大陆中石化集团(600028.SH)的青岛输油管线22日惊传破裂泄漏，引发两起爆炸，造成至少35人死亡、166人受伤；外泄原油还污染海水，为中国今年伤亡最惨重的工业意外之一。青岛当局表示，中石化集团的输油管线22日早上破裂外泄，原油流往道路、大海。几个小时后，工作人员清理现场时，有两个地点的泄漏原油起火爆炸。另外，青岛环保局表示曾架设围油栏阻止原油流入大海，但因油气混合爆炸，海面油污燃烧，有3,000平方公尺海水遭到污染。
