美国10年期公债殖利率登上高点

美国10年期公债殖利率登上两个月高点后吸引买气回笼，加上市场猜测联储局(FED)可能会等到明(2014)年再行减码量化宽松货币政策(QE)，令公债殖利率22日回软。根据Bloomberg Bond Trader报价，纽约债市22日尾盘时，美国10年期公债殖利率下跌4个基点至2.74%；21日盘中甫因初次申请失业救济金人数低于预期、最高上涨4个基点至2.84%，创9月18日以来新高。过去一周以来总计上涨了4个基点。公债价格与殖利率呈现反向走势。
避险基金经理人以及其他大型投机客过去一周以来降低了10年期公债的净空单部位。美国商品期货交易委员会(CFTC)统计显示，截至2013年11月19日为止当周资产管理机构以及其他大额交易人所持有的美国10年期公债期货净空单降至180,363口、较前周缩减了716口；5年期估债期货净空单也降至55,118口，创9月6日以来新低。
根据彭博社美国公债指数，11月至21日为止，美国公债价格已下滑了0.7%。此外，美国10年期公债殖利率22日较5年期公债殖利率高出1.39个百分点，略低于21日的1.45个百分点(当时创2011年8月以来新高)。Mitsubishi UFJ Securities USA Inc.资深公债交易员Thomas Roth表示，殖利率曲线的斜率最近剧烈攀高，也许有过于陡峭之嫌。他认为FED应能容忍10年期公债殖利率保持在2.85-2.60%区间之内。ING Bank NV资深利率策略师Alessandro Giansanti则表示，该证券预期就业市场的动能应能持续，而FED应该会等到明年第1季才会减码QE。
美国证券产业暨金融市场协会(Securities Industry and Financial Markets. Association)显示，美国各大金融机构的债券交易11月28日将因感恩节(Thanksgiving)休市一天，29日则提前到美东时间下午2点收盘。华尔街日报报导，避险基金NineAlpha Capital LP共同创办人Jason Evans表示，年底假期季节金融市场的交易量通常会较为清淡，主因银行与投资人希望在年底期间手上能保有足够资金，而这会在经济数据、或联邦公开市场操作委员会(FOMC)12月的货币政策结果有出人意表的消息时，让市场出现额外波动。
