10月外销订单创下单月历史次高 优于预期

经济部20日公布，10月外销订单为395.9亿美元，与上年同月相比成长3.2%，创下单月历史次高，年增率为连续四个月正成长。经济部表示，10月接单表现不错，主因是手持装置新品和耶诞消费备货需求；展望11月，经济部预期11月接单可能较10月减少，但金额应仍会10月相近，不过，今年全年外销订单应该无法达到去年4,410亿美元的水平，全年外销订单年增率料仍难以摆脱负成长命运。
经济部表示，10月外销订单395.9亿美元，较上月增加3.0%，较上年同月增加3.2%，创下历史单月次高，仅次于去年11月的407.3亿美元。不过，累计1至10月外销订单为3,595.7亿美元，仍较上年同期减少13.2亿美元或0.4%。
经济部统计长林丽贞指出，上个月公布的外销订单动向指数原预期10月接单将较9月下滑，不过，10月结果却优于预期，主要是受惠于手持装置新品和耶诞消费备货需求，带动信息通信产品组装代工及电子产品等相关产业供应链之订单较上年同月增加，10月资通讯产品接单创下了史上单月第三高。另外，精密仪器因电视面板需求仍疲弱，较上月及上年同月各减2.4%及13.5%；但是，传统接单货品以化学品表现较佳，基本金属、机械、塑橡胶制品年增率仍呈负成长，但月增在5.3%至11.8%之间，显示接单情况已显好转。
而从接单区域来看，经济部指出，10月来自美国、欧洲以及中国大陆的订单均较上个月增加，美国接单105.8亿美元更创下史上第二高，主因仍是手持装置新品上市，加上美国景气复苏，欧洲的景气也逐渐恢复。经济部也表示，上月时的外销订单动向指数预测失准，原因应是10月上旬正逢美国政府关门事件，厂商当时认为国际景气苏仍缓慢，对景气看法较保守，而影响厂商对未来接单的判断，不过，整体而言，外销订单动向指数预测的准确率仍在72%以上。
展望未来，经济部表示，美国、欧盟经济体逐步复苏，加上手持装置新品推陈出新，有助于信息通信产品及电子产品之订单持稳，由于新兴市场对中低阶行动装置需求仍强，可望推升相关供应链之接单动能。但半导体进入库存调整期，面板业及计算机需求疲弱，恐抑制后续接单。而在11月外销订单动向指数方面，据外销订单受查厂商对11月接单看法，预期接单将较10月增加之厂商家数占15.5%，持平者占58.5%，而减少者占26.0%，致以家数计算之动向指数为44.8；若以接单金额计算之动向指数则为43.3。
