美国债务危机暂缓 欧洲三大股市走高

欧洲三大股市10日因美国举债上限危机可望暂时化解而大幅走高。德国DAX指数终场大涨1.99%(169.08点)至8,685.77点、4个交易日以来首度收高。英国FTSE-100指数涨1.46%(92.58点)至6,430.49点、4个交易日以来首度收高。法国CAC-40指数劲扬2.21%(91.06点)至4,218.11点、创2008年9月25日以来收盘新高。彭博社10日引述国会议员助理谈话报导，共和党籍众议院领袖提议给予举债上限最后期限(10月17日)六周的缓冲期。
报导指出，上述提议并未包括让联邦政府机构全面恢复正常运作。瑞银(UBS AG)以股价遭低估为由，将法国化学公司Arkema SA的投资评等自「中立」调高至「买进」、目标价自80欧元调高至100欧元。Arkema上涨4.7%至83.93欧元。全球化工业龙头巴斯夫(BASF SE)同步走高、上涨2.39%至71.57欧元。
英国卫报10日报导，摩根士丹利证券指出，苹果(Apple Inc.)最新款iPhone仍采用Imagination Technologies Group plc的GPU，而且联发科(2454)也仍与Imagination合作。Imagination 10日大涨7.1%、收280.70便士。10日法国股市领涨的个股包括Alcatel-Lucent、安盛保险(Axa S.A.)、雷诺(Renault)，涨幅皆超过4%。德国股市领涨的个股包括德国商业银行、Elmos Semiconductor、Wacker Chemie，涨幅皆超过3%。
