美国政府关门拖累承包商 5千员工放无薪假期

美国政府关门，受害者又添一名！国防部承包商联合技术公司(United Technologies Corp.)宣布，若美政府下个月持续停摆，该公司将有逾5千员工被迫放无薪假。
路透社和美联社报导，联合技术2日表示，最先受到冲击的是旗下生产黑鹰直升机的希克斯基(Sikorsky)部门。由于政府稽查员停止上班，希克斯基无法取得生产军事用品许可，预料有两千员工从下周一(7日)开始休假。
若政府关门危机下周继续延烧，影响将扩及引擎生产部门普惠(Pratt & Whitney)和航空部门UTC Aerospace Systems，放无薪假的人数将增至4千人；若下个月仍未解决，无薪假人数更将突破5千人。联合技术财报显示，希克斯基2012年营收66%来自政府，普惠则有27%。
先前已传出微网志网站推特(Twitter)的股票首次公开发行(IPO)恐遭波及。Business Insider和今日美国报报导，美国证交会(SEC)剩余资金仅够维持几周之久，若到时预算问题依旧无解，仅剩6.1%人力处理基本业务，IPO等非必要作业将全数搁置。若事态恶化至此，原本准备感恩节前挂牌的推特，上市程序可能会遭到延误。
