原油库存增加 NYMEX原油下跌0.5%

纽约商业交易所(NYMEX)11月原油期货9月25日下跌0.47美元或0.5%成为每桶102.66美元,创下12周新低,因上周原油库存意外增加,欧洲ICE期货交易所(ICE Futures Europe)11月布兰特原油收低0.32美元或0.3%成为每桶108.32美元。两者的价差由前一交易日的5.51美元扩大至5.66美元。
美国能源部25日公布的数据显示,上周原油库存增加260万桶至3.583亿桶,汽油库存增加20万桶至2.162亿桶,蒸馏油库存减少20万桶至1.309亿桶。根据普氏的调查,分析师平均预估美国上周原油库存将减少150万桶,汽油库存减少150万桶,蒸馏油库存减少100万桶。
新华网报导,伊拉克主管能源事务的副总理侯赛因-沙赫里斯塔尼9月24日在杜拜举行的海湾智能能源市场论坛上表示,伊拉克计划到2020年将原油日产量从目前的330万桶大幅提升至900万-1,000万桶。
沙赫里斯塔尼表示,尽管目前伊拉克的国内和周边安全角势依然脆弱,但伊政府对达成产量提升计划充满信心。他说,邻国叙利亚的局势一旦稳定下来,伊拉克随时将恢复对其原油供应,并且用途经叙利亚的石油管道将原油送往其他地中海沿岸国家。目前伊拉克原油出口的50%销往亚洲国家,27%运往美国,23%运往欧洲市场。
美国石油协会(API)报告指出,上周原油日均进口量减少48.3万桶至773万桶,炼油厂原油日均加工量则是增加38.1万桶至1,573万桶。API报告显示,美国墨西哥湾地区上周原油库存增加200万桶至1.8143亿桶,日均原油加工量减少27.6万桶至809万桶,该区上周的日均原油进口量则减少65.2万桶至393万桶。美国最大原油转运中心库欣原油库存上周减少39.5万桶至3.283万桶,中西部炼油厂的日均原油加工量减少6.5万桶至346万桶。
