利比亚原油回升 NYMEX原油跌逾1%

纽约商业交易所(NYMEX)11月原油期货9月20日下跌1.19美元或1.1%成为每桶104.67美元,创下一个月新低,受利比亚原油产量回升减轻供应疑虑的影响,欧洲ICE期货交易所(ICE Futures Europe)11月布兰特原油上涨0.46美元或0.4%成为每桶109.22美元。两者的价差由前一交易日的2.9美元扩大至4.55美元。周线NYMEX原油下跌3.3%,布兰特原油下跌3.2%。
美国石油学会(API)在其9月份月度统计报告中表示,美国8月份原油产量较去年同期增加20.3%,平均日产量达到近760万桶,为25年来的最高原油月产量。统计报告指出,在北达科他州和类似地区页岩油产量的提振下,美国原油产量在过去的23个月里一直呈现较去年同期增加。截至目前,美国国内原油产量较去年同期增加15.8%。美国本土48个州8月份的原油平均日产量是710万桶,为35年来最高。
巴克莱在报告中称,美联储维持货币政策不变的决定预期将对2014年上半年的原油市场供需产生最大影响。巴克莱称,新兴市场原油需求增长可能高于预期的窗口现在已经打开,因目前这些国家面临的高进口成本压力减弱,而且国内消费前景正在改善。
巴克莱预计,油价将维持在目前水平,第四季度倾向于走高,预计2014年布兰特原油价格平均为每桶110美元。巴克莱指出,供应短缺将继续主导原油市场,夏季期间的供应不足已经导致经合组织原油库存降至季节区间以下。
日本首相安倍晋三将从23日起访问加拿大与加拿大总理哈珀举行会晤。为了推动加拿大对日本的页岩气出口,双方预计将在会谈中就加强相关合作达成一致。美国政府5月批准向日本出口页岩气制成的液化天然气(LNG),预计将从2017年前后开始每年对日出口约670万吨。若上述方案得以落实,加拿大则将是继美国之后对日出口页岩气的第二个国家。
哈萨克新闻社报导,保守估计,到2030年,哈萨克将年开采石油1.1亿吨,而最乐观估计可能年开采石油1.5-1.8亿吨。乐观估计开采石油量取决于卡沙甘油田和其他油田下一步发展方案的批准,以及可能发现的新油田。目前,哈萨克不仅仅要提高石油开采量,同时注重油田项目使用的先后顺序,以规划石油领域的发展,并最大可能地利用劳动资源。
