叙利亚忧虑减缓 原油收低1.45%

纽约商业交易所（NYMEX）10月原油期货9月16日下跌1.62美元或1.5%成为每桶106.59美元，主要受到叙利亚忧虑减缓的影响，欧洲ICE期货交易所（ICE Futures Europe）11月布兰特原油收低1.63美元或1.45%成为每桶110.07美元。两者的价差由前一交易日的4.57美元缩小至3.48美元。
俄罗斯外长拉夫罗夫与美国国务卿克里14日在瑞士日内瓦就叙利亚销毁化武问题达成协议。协议列出了叙方公布化武明细、接受核查和销毁化武的时间表，要求叙政府在2014年年中之前销毁或转移全部化武。联合国秘书长潘基文以及英国、法国、中国、德国外长均对这一协议表示欢迎。
根据中国国土资源部的数据，今年上半年中国原油及天然气产量均创历史新高，并预计今年油气探勘投资将达人民币800亿元。国土资源部指出，为提高国内能源供给以及降低对进口能源的依赖，中国的油气探勘投资近年持续增长，由2002年的190亿元增加至2011年的673亿元。而2008-2011年，有超过50亿桶的石油与2.6兆立方公尺的天然气资源被发现。
今年上半年，中国原油产量1.0289亿吨，天然气产量588亿立方公尺，与上年同期相比增幅分别为4.6%和9%。报导称，油气生产再创新高，主要得益于东部老油区保持高产稳产、西部油区产量快速增加、海域油气产量全面恢复三大因素的带动。根据美国能源部的预估，大陆今年内将会超过美国成为全球最大的原油净进口国，因中国国内的需求增长，以及美国页岩油产量增加降低了对进口原油依赖的影响。
美国联准会（FED）9月16日公布，8月份工业生产指数较前月上扬0.4%至99.4（2007年基期=100），创下6个月来的最大增幅，但略低于市场预期的月增0.5%。纽约州9月份制造业景气指数较前月8.24点下跌至6.29点，此低于市场的预期，反映景气复苏的力道仍然较弱。根据彭博社的调查，经济学家的预估中间值为上升至9.1点。另一方面，本月报告中对未来六个月展望的预期指数较前月37.39点上扬至40.64点，则是创下去年4月以来的新高。
