美国外销弱 中国转强 新加坡8月PC大减

Thomson Reuters 17日报导，新加坡2013年8月非石油国内出口额(NODX；Non-Oil Domestic Exports)年减6.2%(月减6.0%)。其中，星国对欧盟的外销额年减20.8%、降幅低于7月(年减38.5%)；对美国的外销额年减6.7%、逊于7月(年增17.5%)；对中国大陆外销年增额自7月的4.8%跃升至15.3%。
就产品别而言，新加坡8月电子产品外销额年减9.2%(注：7月降幅为11.1%)；药品年减幅自7月的32.0%缩减至31.1%。
英国金融时报报导，根据彭博社的调查，经济学家原先预期新加坡8月NODX将成长2.4%。报导指出，星国8月个人计算机(PC)零件外销额年减将近24%。
Channel Newsasia网站报导，星国NODX已经连续7个月呈现衰退。
研调机构IDC 11日指出，2013年全球智能链接装置(包括PC、平板、智能型手机)市场预估将成长27.8%、增幅略低于2012年的30.3%。IDC预期平板出货量将在今年第4季超越PC(桌上型加上笔记本电脑)，但全年度PC数量预估仍将大于平板。IDC预测2015年将会是科技产业的分水岭，届时平板年度出货量将首度超越PC。
美国8月零售仅月增0.2%、创4个月以来最小增幅。美国8月非农业就业人数仅较前月增加16.9万人、逊于预期；劳动参与率降至63.2%，创1978年8月以来新低。
