日本福岛核电站辐射污水未处理 已外漏到地下

日本首相安倍晋三本月7日在阿根廷为东京争取2020年夏季奥运主办权的时候，对奥委会表示东京电力(TEPCO；以下简称东电)福岛第一核电厂的辐射污水情况已经获得控制。但事实真是如此吗？
继东电资深主管Kazuhiko Yamashita于13日坦承福岛第一核电厂大量辐射污水蓄积的问题还没有获得控制之后，日本媒体14日的报导内容更是赏了安倍一巴掌！
据日经新闻等多家日本媒体报导指出，东电于14日宣布，在13日自有辐射污水外漏的储水槽北部约20公里处的观测用水井采取地下水进行检测后探得的放射线物质「氚(tritium)」浓度高达15万贝克(指每公升的浓度；以下同)，浓度达法定基准值(6万贝克)的2.5倍、且达开始进行地下水检测首日(9月8日)的约36倍。
因辐射污水外漏，故东电自9月8日起开始针对储水槽附近的地下水进行辐射检测，而8日测得的「氚」浓度为4,200贝克、10日浓度升至6万4,000贝克(正式超越法定基准值)、11日达9万7,000贝克。东电表示，「氚」浓度逐日飙升，显示从储水槽外漏的辐射污水可能已开始扩散至地下。
因东电日前首度承认污射污水恐外流至外海，故南韩政府已于9月6日宣布，从日本福岛县等8个县所采获的水产品自9月9日起全面禁止进口至南韩；南韩原先就已禁止福岛等8县的50项水产品输韩。
