中国央行逆回购“量缩价平” 基调仍紧平衡

中国央行周二“缩量价平”进行逆回购操作，增加了市场机构对9月资金面的走势的谨慎预期。一些经济先行数据的回暖，仍然支持央行继续实施“紧平衡”的政策基调。
据参与投标的交易员周二透露，中国央行早间进行人民币100亿元7天逆回购操作，规模较上周减少逾6成，但中标利率依然持平于上期的3.90%。
一驻上海的银行交易员称，“8月末资金价格并未大幅上行，9月初资金面有恢复宽松格局的迹象；周一，资金面供给较为充裕，但央行仍维持资金的较高价格，周二7天逆回购利率明显高于二级市场。从政策意图看，一方面，逆回购价格持稳表明，该期限价格受到9月5日存款准备金上缴压力的影响，央行似乎想传达让机构应对资金面价格走势保持谨慎的政策意图；另一方面也显示出央行主动减少资金提供，使金融机构更加主动调节自身流动性。
