中国9月10日起发行400亿元两期限凭证式国债

中国财政部发布公告称，将于9月10日起面向个人投资者发行不超过人民币400亿元凭证式国债。
刊登在财政部的信息显示，该期国债为2013年凭证式（三期）国债。其中，3年期240亿元，票面年利率5.00%；5年期品种160亿元，票面年利率5.41%，与今年前两期利率一致。
该期国债面向个人投资者公开发行，发行期为9月10日-9月19日。
财政部表示，投资者提前兑付该期国债按实际持有时间和相对应的分档利率计付利息，自购买日起，两期限持有时间不满半年不计付利息，满半年不满1年按0.35%计息；满1年不满2年按2.70%计息，满2年不满3年按3.69%计息；5年期该期国债满3年不满4年按4.77%计息，满4年不满5年按5.13%计息。
