美元黄金微跌，日元瑞郎上涨
周二(8月3日)美元指数微跌，日元和瑞郎扩大涨幅，因与美国利差缩窄，且市场愈发担忧近期呈现的新冠疫情将抑制全球经济增长。金价走低，现货黄金收在1810关口附近，交易员在本周晚些时候公布美国就业数据之前持观望态度。油价延续前一交易日的大幅下跌，美油一度跌破70美元关口，刷新近二周低点至69.20美元/桶，新冠病毒德尔塔变异毒株迅速传播，使市场担忧原油需求前景。

美国较高的职位空缺数量“是一个非常有希望的迹象，表明机会正在增加”，不过同时指出数以百万计的美国人仍然失业。尽管最近的招聘速度令人鼓舞，但就业人数仍然远低于之前的水平。今年6月的就业人数比2020年2月低680万。我希望我们在最近这种积极势头的基础上继续前进，因为还有更多工作要做，以使经济恢复到此次公共卫生紧急状态之前那样的强劲基础。目前，一些人在就业机会和转行问题上面临艰难的选择。所以一些人可能需要时间才会重新进入劳动力市场。
中小盘股起舞数月 去年煎熬的小散盈利够买车
数据显示，截至7月30日，今年以来，中证500、中证1000指数分别累计上涨6.29%、9.27%，上证50、沪深300指数分别累计下跌13.95%、7.68%。而除今年以来上市的新股，今年以来涨幅在100%以上的个股有167只。其中，年初市值在500亿元以下的个股有163只，中小市值股票占据97%以上。扩大来看，剔除今年以来上市的新股，今年以来涨幅在50%以上的个股数为478只，年初市值在500亿元以下的个股有451只，中小盘股市值占94.35%。相对而言，中小盘股票走势更强。在今年的中小盘风格之前，市场已连续5年呈现大盘风格。随着今年中小盘风格持续演绎，近期众多买方和卖方表示要对中小盘股加大关注度。（中国证券报）
