日本也“放水”，黄金多头偷笑

上周末，美国众议院通过了1.9万亿美元的财政刺激计划，而3月2日，日本众议院通过1万亿美元预算案，并且打算实施更多的抗疫措施。同一时间，黄金多头趁机逢低买入来抵挡货币的贬值，对抗通胀。
日本众议院周二通过了创纪录的1万亿美元新财年预算案，而且议员们已经在讨论进一步的刺激措施，以应对新冠疫情给经济带来的冲击。
与其他许多国家一样，日本也投入大量资金对抗疫情。始于4月的新财年预算案中包含5万亿日元(470亿美元)紧急储备金；此前三个专门针对疫情的紧急刺激方案总计达到3万亿美元，相当于日本国内生产总值(GDP)的60%。
预算也达到了创纪录水平，缘于为支持快速老龄化的人口而增加的社会保障支出，以及因应朝鲜和中国威胁而创下纪录的国防支出。
不过日本的债务负担一直是全球工业国家中最重的，分析师警告称，进一步的刺激措施可能导致日本公债收益率和政府借贷成本飙升。由于日本央行大量印钞，日本公债收益率和政府借贷成本迄今一直保持在低位。
今年实施的第二次紧急状态，导致日本经济在本季处于再次衰退的边缘。最近许多地区都取消了禁令，东京及其周边地区也将从3月初开始解除。
两名直接知情的消息人士周一告诉路透，日本政府和执政党官员正在讨论可能向低收入家庭额外派发现金，以帮助他们应对新冠疫情的影响。
尽管黄金不孳息，但长久以来，保值率较高，而在财政政策“放水”之后，货币一般会贬值，黄金便会受到市场的青睐，在当前全球货币环境依然宽松的背景下，金价的中长线下行空间还受到限制。
