美国相关数据不及预期，金价短线小幅上涨

9月3日，美国方面公布了市场密切关注的8月ISM非制造业PMI数据，但数据显示不及市场预期，在数据公布后，现货黄金短线小幅度上涨，目前非农数据成市场最大关注点。
具体数据显示，美国8月ISM非制造业PMI实际公布56.90，预期57，前值58.1。
其中分项指标，美国8月ISM非制造业就业指数实际公布47.90，前值42.1。
随着制造商和服务提供商的客户需求回升，私营部门的商业环境进一步改善。值得注意的是，在经历了五个月的下滑后，服务业企业销售再度增长，这是一个可喜的消息。然而由于卫生事件和即将举行的美国大选所带来的不确定性，对明年产出的预期将较7月略有下滑。
分析指出，对美国经济复苏前景的评估也必须考虑疫情的影响。与疫情前相比，当下企业和消费者会预期未来疫情更有可能发生，从而对其行为模式产生影响。一个明显的变化是美国消费者的消费支出相比过去减少，而储蓄率大幅上升，对感染病毒的恐惧也令旅行、娱乐等服务行业复苏更加艰难。
分析指出，研究显示疫情大流行通常会导致消费需求、物价和利率水平下降，分析预计新冠肺炎疫情可能会压低长期中性利率约0.67个百分点，这意味着美联储今后货币政策调整可能会更频繁地陷入零利率政策困境。
在刚刚结束的美联储年度经济政策研讨会上，美联储主席鲍威尔宣布对现有货币政策框架进行调整，称美联储将寻求实现2%的平均通胀目标，更加侧重实现充分就业，以应对美国经济结构性变化和疫情带来的新挑战。
在新政策框架下，当美国通胀率低于2%的水平一段时期后，美联储可能会采取适当货币政策致力于提升通胀率，使其“适度”高于2%的水平一段时间，相当于一种灵活形式的“平均通胀目标制”。同时，美联储未来货币政策决策会更加侧重考虑美国经济未实现充分就业的程度。
