5月29日，现货黄金维持在1770美元上方，由于市场担心全球新增病例对经济造成沉重打击，对于经济反弹的情绪比较悲观，投资者更倾向于避险产品。同时本周市场重点关注非农就业报告情况。
分析师指出，当然，避险买盘相当强劲，尤其是美国新冠病例激增，目前确实推动了投资者的买兴。
近期美国一些州疫情出现升温的态势，经济重启也因此遭遇影响。在这种情况下，整个市场对经济复苏的担忧加剧。
世卫组织实时统计数据显示，截至欧洲中部时间29日8:17(北京时间29日14:17)，全球新冠肺炎确诊病例累计超1000万例，死亡病例近50万例。
金价自阻力位回落并回到技术支撑位1765美元附近，目前整理于1800美元下方，并尝试向上突破，能否突破千八关口在很大程度上取决于经济表现，对黄金的最大担忧是，实际利率可能不会下降，因为通胀可能复苏缓慢，美国再次受到影响，未来一周的走势取决于宏观经济数据表现，美联储6月货币政策会议纪要可能会确认宽松政策。
整个市场的避险情绪还在继续为黄金提供支撑，维持住了看多动能，但美元的回升有了一些影响。美元有所回升，这对大宗商品市场是有所打压的。近期美国疫情有升温之势，令整个市场对此极为担忧。受此影响，美国的一些州经济重启受阻，更令市场对美国经济复苏担忧。
国际现货黄金价格可能在不远的将来试探1800美元，自3月以来，金价走势一直起伏不定，然而随着月图ADX指数在25以上强劲上升，确认金价处于长期升势之中，短期超买状况可能首先导致金价需要盘整一段时间，但料将在接近第三季末时，进一步上涨(甚至超过)1779.53美元的八年高点，支撑位位于1600美元，但只有跌破1500美元，才能表明已见顶。
