美国个人支出增长明显，通胀前景依旧低迷

6月26日，美国公布了市场比较关注的各项经济数据，其中5月PCE物价指数符合市场预期，个人收支数据不及市场预期，在一系列数据公布后，现货黄金短线维持窄幅震荡，目前仍需更多消息指引。
具体数据显示，美国5月PCE物价指数年率实际公布0.5%，预期0.5%，前值0.5%；美国5月核心PCE物价指数年率实际公布1%，预期0.9%，前值1%。
在6月份美联储决议上，美联储预计的通胀率远低于市场预期：2020年至2022年PCE分别为0.8%，1.6%和1.7%。而且，最高通胀预期仅为2022年的2.2%。此前数据显示，美国4月CPI和PCE经历了金融危机以来最大的降幅，但是5月CPI降幅显著收窄至-0.2个百分点。
分析认为，大规模破产和债务违约频繁出现在金融危机时期，是通缩压力逐渐加剧的主要原因之一。虽然得益于美联储和财政部的近几月来的强势干预，使企业融资大幅改善，但美国企业目前依然处于加杠杆周期。
居民消费力方面，一方面，由于经济衰退导致大量失业，以及薪资增速下行，美国居民的债务总量在明显上升。同时，根据政府文件，现在美国居民的个人储蓄占个人可支配收入的比例激增至创纪录的33%。
还有数据显示，美国5月个人支出月率实际公布8.20%，预期9.2%，前值-13.6%。美国5月个人收入月率实际公布-4.20%，预期-6%，前值10.5%。美国5月个人支出月率创纪录新高。
3月底，为了帮助遭受新冠疫情重创的美国经济、家庭以及企业走出困境，以总统特朗普为首的美国政府推出了规模高达2.2万亿美元的刺激计划，特朗普政府不但给民众发放刺激支票，还提供了每周600美元的额外失业救助。
受累于新冠疫情，已有数千万美国人失业。鉴于新冠疫情及其对美国经济造成的重创并未显现出明显改善迹象，第一轮刺激支票起到的救助作用明显不足，美国政府正在考虑发放第二轮刺激支票。不过，能否付诸于实践，还存在很大的不确定性。
