最新数据显示，全球黄金交易所交易基金(ETF)持仓量攀升至新纪录，根据彭博汇编的数据，黄金ETF的资产增长了0.2%，至2592.4吨，连续15天增长，持续时间是10月份以来最长；截止周二，全球最大的黄金支持上市交易基金SPDR Gold Trust 黄金持有量增加0.67%至922.23吨，为三个多月来最高；人们对公共卫生事件的持续担忧刺激了买进黄金规避经济放缓风险的需求。
