非农不及预期，难以撼动市场趋势

在1月10日，美国12月零售贸易数据以及医疗就业人数都有明显增加，而劳工部公布的非农就业人口不及市场预期，失业率维持地位，市场走势相对低迷。
非农公布后，联邦基金利率期货暗示，市场预计美联储在1月会议上维稳的概率小幅下降89.8%，加息概率为10.2%，降息概率为零； 市场预计美联储2020年只可能降息1次。最早在2020年11月会议上才可能进一步降息，降息概率为50.0%，若此次会议上没有降息，12月降息概率为57.4%。
美国12月份就业增长的放缓程度超过预期，但是就业增长的速度仍然足以保持历史上持续时间最长的经济增长步入正轨，尽管受贸易局势影响制造业陷入深度衰退；该报告可能不会改变美联储的评估，即经济和货币政策都处于“良好状态”。经济学家认为2019年底的经济增长率应该在2.3%左右。尽管经济学家担心劳动力短缺会严重限制就业，但是劳动力市场仍在以健康的速度继续创造就业机会。
美国12月非农就业人数增加14.5万，略低于市场预期，主要受到制造业岗位意外下滑的拖累，同时时薪同比增幅也降至2.9%。因而，尽管失业率仍然维持在3.5%低位，这一数据报告仍被解读为不尽如人意，尤其是美国本土制造业就业疲软的状况再度凸显了其经济结构失衡的软肋，可能为美联储此后维持宽松力度提供口实。受此影响，美元指数自日高回落近20点，而现货黄金则跳涨近9美元。
12月非农意外不及预期，薪资增速意外降至2.9%；美国劳工部公布的美国12月非农新增就业人口 14.5万，不及预期的16万；失业率维持在3.5%的50年低位，失业率已经连续21个月保持在低于4%的水平，这是自20世纪60年代以来持续时间最长的一次；薪资增速意外下降至2.9%，为2018年8月以来最低；尽管12月非农就业人口增速较前月有所下降，但预计美联储不会太快调整货币政策，2020年晚些时候的货币政策可能取决于薪资上升消费者支出的正面影响是否超过其对企业利润的负面影响。
12月美国非农就业报告公布后，料美联储政策前景将维持不变，但疲软的薪资数据将引发一些担忧。整体而言，美联储将维持鸽派立场，并采取观望态度。
经济学家称，有人担心，负责编制就业数据的美国劳工部劳工统计局(BLS)可能无法完全反映贸易局势对就业人数的影响，制造业已经陷入衰退，并导致企业倒闭。美国劳工部将于2月公布修正后的就业数据，预计修正后的截至2019年3月的美国就业岗位将比此前报告的少50.1万个，这是10年来就业水平最大的下调幅度。
