美元持续走低，金价再创新高

12月31日，现货黄金走至新高位，市场担心美国总统在2019年的最后一天会破坏有所缓和的国际贸易局势，吸引了黄金买盘，同时也限制了避险贵金属的损失，同时疲弱的美元走势也支撑勒金价。
特朗普政府上周日对伊朗支持的一个民兵组织发动空袭后，警告可能采取“进一步行动”。该组织被指责在伊拉克军事基地杀害了一名美国文职承包商。
分析师表示，推动金价上涨的另一个因素是，美国在伊拉克和叙利亚对伊朗支持的组织发动了空袭。如果中东地缘政治紧张局势加剧，投资者将有更多理由增加黄金配置，否则，在股市屡创新高之际，金价上涨就没有什么意义了。
此外，美元走软也支撑金价上涨。周二美元创下7月3日以来新低至96.597。析师表示，推动黄金上涨的主要因素之一是美元走软。加上实物买盘在年底出手，也推动了金价上扬。但Yan指出，金价上行空间有限，因为美联储在连续三次降息后已经暂停本轮宽松周期，我们预计美联储在2020年将按兵不动。
分析师表示，我们预计，国际金价仍将保持在重要支撑位1500美元上方。OANDA亚太区高级市场分析师Jeffrey Halley表示，市场流动性下降，金价可能在较低成交量的情况下出现飙升，下一阻力位在1535美元，投资者须对冲相关风险。
黄金通常与股票等被视为高风险资产的走势相反，但今年黄金表现强劲。相比之下，道琼斯工业股票平均价格指数(Dow Jones Industrial DJIA)今年迄今的涨幅约为22%，标准普尔500指数(S&P 500)过去12个月的涨幅超过28%。过去三个月美元走软令黄金和其他与美元挂钩的大宗商品受益。衡量美元价值的指标之一洲际交易所美元指数(ICE U.S. Dollar Index)本季度下跌2.7%，尽管该指数今年以来上涨了0.5%。
