各国央行增持黄金，可能为黄金提供支撑

近日，波兰央行从英国的伦敦金库中运回100吨黄金，除了继续增持黄金之外，央行也将加速将留存在外的黄金运回国内。若波兰选择出手黄金将获得巨大的利润，但目前波兰央行并无此意向，而且还有可能继续增加黄金储备。
波兰一直在积极增加其黄金储备。波兰央行在2019年上半年增加了100吨黄金储备。Glapiński表示，我们设法增加了黄金的战略储备，并逐步将大量的波兰黄金运回国内。这样做不仅建立了波兰的经济实力，而且创造了将保障其财政安全的储备。
波兰去年开始储备黄金，6月份增加了7吨，8月份又增加了3吨。当时，这是波兰自1998年以来购买的最大一笔黄金，也是自1983年以来第一个增加大量黄金储备的欧盟国家。在2018年的最后几个月，它又购买了15.7吨，今年上半年购买了100吨。根据NBP的声明，这使波兰的黄金总储量达到228.6吨。
此外德国央行、奥地利央行、匈牙利央行和土耳其央行都开始从海外将黄金储备运回国，这些黄金此前主要都存在英格兰央行在伦敦的金库以及美联储在纽约的金库中。德国央行此前表示，其运回黄金储备主要有三个原因：存储效益、安全性和流动性。
从目前的趋势来看，将黄金储备存在各国央行所在的国内金库是一大潮流。此前委内瑞拉央行也试图运回存在英格兰银行的黄金，但遭到了拒绝。不过就流动性来说，将黄金存在伦敦确实是比较方便的，一旦要出售可迅速进入金融市场。黄金的重要性毋庸置疑，这是一个人类几千年以来的保值工具，被认为一旦金融系统遭遇崩溃，黄金将是重建的基石之一。
央行增持黄金背后，最根本的原因都是避险——对冲美元风险、对抗美元的体系性风险。黄金回流强调了持有实物黄金的重要性。也许在交易所里，纸黄金有一席之地，但真正的安全和稳定来自于对贵金属的实际持有。如果你不能把它握在手里，你就不是真正拥有它。这正是这些国家将黄金安全地带回本国的原因。
虽然央行购金规模与金价表现的整体相关度并不高，毕竟央行购金更多考虑的自身资产储备多元化，并非考虑的金价因素。但随着央行购金规模的增加，可以看到近年来央行购金总量占黄金需求总量的比重不断提升，央行购金已成为影响黄金需求的较大变量之一，当购金行为足够强劲时，有望助推金价上涨。
