全球央行增持黄金，金价迎来春天

印度央行今年可能加入中国和俄罗斯的增持黄金队列，让本身高规模的黄金持有记录再上一层楼。在主要经济体推行储备多元化的时候，增持黄金为全球的黄金需求提供了支撑。
印度央行的黄金购买行动将是发展中经济体寻求外汇储备去美元化的整体现象的一部分。他表示，印度央行的购买趋势可以以相对较小规模的形势持续多年。
分析师称，印度央行2019年可能购买150万盎司黄金，相当于约46.7吨。这一预期基于今年前两个月的购买规模推算得出。
据国际货币基金组织(IMF)的数据，印度央行去年增持黄金约42吨，加上今年1月和2月进一步增持，印度目前的黄金储备达到近609吨的历史高位。俄罗斯在2018年购买了274吨黄金，并且今年进一步买进，而中国央行也处在始于去年12月的新一波购买热潮中。
世界黄金协会称，地缘政治和经济的不确定性增加促使各国央行推进储备多元化，并专注于投资安全和流动性较佳的资产，去年全球政府增持了651.5吨黄金，这是有记录以来第二高水平。
进一步的资金流入，预计在中国、俄罗斯和哈萨克斯坦购买力量的推动下将达到与2018年等高的水平，也应对金价构成支持。随着股市反弹，现货黄金价格自2月达到峰值以来已下跌近6%。
分析师说，“这似乎是某种模式，不单单是印度央行，当全球宏观经济环境不确定时，各国中央银行都倾向于增加黄金储备，最近几个月的最大黄金买家之一是中国，其可能一直在寻求让数万亿美元的储备实现多元化。”印度也可能采取类似的多元化策略。
贸易问题扰乱了供应链，市场受到冲击，并对世界经济造成压力。3月，美国总统特朗普宣布他计划结束对印度和土耳其的主要贸易优惠待遇，并向国会通报他有意结束在普惠制下给予两国的贸易优待措施，这一通知启动了60天的倒计时，然后总统将能够自主决定采取行动。
虽然印度央行没有回应置评请求，但是去年8月份公布的2017-2018年年度报告显示，当年的外汇资产多元化持续推进，“黄金资产组合也已经启动”。
