美国CPI数据喜忧参半，欧元走弱美指冲高

4月10日，美国3月核心CPI数据有所下降，美元指数短线下滑，金价短期走高，但美国3月CPI年率好于预期，加上欧洲央行行长德拉基讲话让欧元有所承压，美元逐步回升，现货黄金短线震荡。
具体数据显示，美国3月未季调CPI年率为1.9%，好于预期的1.8%，前值为1.5%；美国3月未季调CPI指数公布值为254.2，与预期相符，高于前值的252.8。但美国3月未季调核心CPI年率仅为2%，较前值及预期的2.1%有所下滑。
而核心CPI较2月份下滑0.1%，将导致收益率曲线变得陡峭，前端表现优于10年和30年期限。温和的美国物价数据在可交易新闻的排名中占据较低的位置，本周的CPI指可能会激发针对美联储降息预期的更激进押注。
值得注意，美国总统特朗普上周再度呼吁美联储降息，他用通胀不足来证明其要求美联储改变政策的合理性。而美国联邦基金期货市场走势表明，投资者似乎也确信，美联储降息只是时间问题。
与此同时，欧洲央行行长德拉基也在20:30召开新闻发布会，继续看衰经济增长前景，并强调有必要保持宽松。全球的逆风给经济发展带来压力，数据反映了外部需求疲软，潜在通胀疲软。
欧洲央行公布的声明称，预计目前的利率水平至少将持续到2019年底，无论如何，只要有必要，就可以维持有利的流动性条件和充分的宽松货币政策。该央行将在首次加息后延长量化宽松债务的再投资期限，欧洲央行打算继续全额再投资于在APP下购买的到期证券，时间超过开始提高利率的日期。
美联储将公布3月货币政策会议纪要。美联储3月意外维持利率不变，超鸽立场震惊市场。机构分析认为，3月会议纪要有助投资者了解背后的原因，以及美联储鸽意到底有多浓。
该联储目前降息的可能性很低，但不是零押注，美联储大部分官员仍是反对加息的。3月纪要的内容料给出官员们针对经济前景担忧时放鸽的程度，预期不会出现缩减资产负债表的更多细节。
