非农就业好转但薪资下滑，未来美联储会降息吗

上周五美国劳工部公布数据，美国的3月非农就业人口变动19.6万，好于市场预期，而失业率为维持稳定，但是薪资年率不及预期，下滑至3.2%，这一影响也对美联储是否在执行降息的决定有了较大的影响。
整体而言，3月非农报告可能会降低美联储2020年1月份降息的概率，给隔夜美联储官员的鹰派讲话提供依据。分析师指出，美国的失业率依然处于下降趋势，今年下半年美国的失业率将降至3.5%。平均时薪今年增速将慢慢会回升至4%。美国劳工部称，3月专业/医疗保健/技术服务就业人数录得增加。
非农公布后，市场预计美联储年内降息概率小幅下降至52.6%；3月非农数据公布后，联邦基金利率期货暗示市场预计美联储2019年年内加息概率为零，降息概率为52.6%，预计在12月会议上降息；如果美联储年内不降息，那么2020年1月会议上降息的概率为58.0%。

对于3月非农报告，美国3月就业增长从此前17个月低位加速向前，主要因温和的天气提振如建筑业等行业的活动，这有助于进一步驱散有关一季度经济大幅放缓的担忧。
相比以往的其他报告，这份数据让人更想追问就业的潜在增速是多少：人们在谈论潜在的经济衰退，担忧和不确定因素，我们今年到目前为止还没有正常的数据流。
分析师称，就业报告喜忧参半，但总体来说非常可观；上个月雇佣人数的健康反弹应该有助于平息对经济衰退的担忧；不过，工资增长放缓表明，美联储去年12月的加息可能是本轮周期中的最后一次加息，这种观点无助于提振美元。
分析师称，就业恢复正常，但不足以改变美联储立场。3月非农就业数据上看到了明显的反弹，对我来说这看起来更正常。医疗保健增加了许多就业机会，我们继续看到，在专业和技术服务领域两者都继续表现良好，上个月，一部分原因可能与天气有关，食品服务和饮酒场所增加了27000个就业岗位，这可能会增加一些信心。沿着同样的路线，让我有点失望的一个数字是建筑业，因为在天气好转的情况下建筑业的就业也应当反弹，工资增长不温不火，劳动参与率略有下降，所以我们将拭目以待这种情况是否会卷土重来。综合来看，我不认为这份就业报告能改变美联储今年以来的偏鸽派立场。
