黄金持稳高位，静待FED讲话指引

北京时间周一(11月19日)23:45，美国纽约联储主席、FOMC永久票委威廉姆斯(John Williams)参加纽约市西语商会的讨论。威廉姆斯是个偏鹰派官员，其在10月提到，如果经济处于正轨，渐进加息是合适的，在使利率升至中性利率水平附近时还有一段路要走，若其发表鹰派言论，美元指数获得提振，黄金或承压，或至1216美金/盎司；若其态度偏鸽派，黄金有望重新上冲。
另外，韩国央行报告表示，美国利率上升的前景将会对新兴经济体的经济稳定构成威胁，并将加强对此类风险的监测，加息和强势美元推高了新兴市场的波动性并引发资本外流，在与贸易争端相关的不确定性之外再添变数，美元走强会增加偿还以美元计价的债务的成本。

黄金市场今天仍表现为避险属性与金融属性的特点，表现出一定韧性，美元指数自周五美联储官员鸽派言论下跌后，处于横盘状态，而黄金回调至1218美金/盎司后走强。
北京时间21:30，欧盟委员会经济事务专员莫斯科维奇将在罗马举行记者会，或讨论欧元经济，意大利预算等问题，黄金仍有望维持在1210美金/盎司之上。
