美国经济正面展望，担忧关税问题
美联储4月18日发布经济褐皮书，该报告显示美国经济展望正面，但相比以往，企业对关税表达了担忧。另外，美国经济仍以缓和到温和的速度扩张。
前景展望保持正面，但有多个领域的联系人对新实施或者计划实施的关税措施表达了担忧，包括制造业、农业以及交通业。
住宅建设和房地产活动进一步扩张，不过较低的住房库存仍然限制了数个辖区的销售。
能源行业的联系人称商业活动升温，除了里士满辖区，该辖区的煤炭生产持平，天然气产量则有小幅下降。
报告期内有关劳工短缺的报告主要集中在高技能岗位上，包括工程师、信息技术和医疗保健，另外还有建筑业和交通业。
企业应对劳工短缺的办法多种多样，从加薪、加强培训到加班以及多利用自动化等。
工资上行压力依然存在，但大体来说没有加重；多数辖区都报告薪资仅仅是缓和增长。
所有辖区都出现物价上涨，幅度大体都在温和水平。
报告钢铁价格上涨的范围比较广，受到新关税的影响，部分报告称涨幅比较大。
企业大体都预计未来几个月物价还将进一步上涨，特别是钢铁和建筑材料。
