纽约爆炸4人受伤，恐慌指数骤升
当地时间12月11日早上，美国纽约市纽约港务局发生一起爆炸事件，一名嫌犯被警方拘留。包括嫌犯在内，此次爆炸共造成四人受伤。据悉，该嫌犯受到了极端组织恐怖主义思想的影响。
据报道，此次爆炸事件发生在靠近时报广场和港务总局巴士站附近、连接两条地铁线的地下通道里。事件发生之时，正值上班的高峰时段。
该市官员称，嫌犯是一名27岁、名为乌拉(Akayed Ullah)的年轻男子，该男子现在已被拘留。纽约警察局证实，嫌犯在港务局引爆了一枚炸弹实施了此次犯罪行为，目前该受伤嫌犯和其他三名伤者没有生命危险。市长德布拉西奥(Bill de Blasio)在现场的新闻发布会上表示：“这是一次未遂的恐怖袭击事件。”
一位高级执法官员透露称，乌拉告诉调查人员，他试图以“伊斯兰国”的名义发动袭击。这名官员称，嫌犯对穆斯林在世界各地被杀感到很生气。该嫌疑人还在网上观看“伊斯兰国”的宣传，并学习如何制造爆炸物。
纽约出租车和豪华轿车委员会称，2012年-2015年期间，嫌疑人拥有一辆豪华轿车的驾驶证，但是该驾驶证已经过期了。据悉，乌拉来自孟加拉国吉大港山区，是一名美国居民。报道称他在孟加拉国没有犯罪记录，上次回孟加拉国的时间是今年的9月8日。
袭击发生后不久，纽约州长库默(Andrew Cuomo)赶到现场，并敦促通勤者保持弹性。他表示：“我们不会允许犯罪分子干扰我们的日常活动，决不能让他们的阴谋得逞。”
爆炸发生在当地时间早上7:20左右(北京时间19:20左右)，地点在纽约时代广场附近的巴士总站。市政府官员称，爆炸发生在第47大道和第8大道42街的一条行人隧道。 下午，大纽约交通运输管理局在受影响的车站恢复了地铁服务。
新泽西交通公司在一条推特上表示，港口管理局的公共汽车服务可能会因此次袭击不得不延迟。在新泽西的纽瓦克市，所有入站和出站的巴士都被取消了，直到另行通知。
