朝鲜竟对美国释放善意
俄罗斯外长拉夫罗夫12月7日向美国国务卿蒂勒森转达了朝鲜方面的意图，即朝鲜对于同美国展开直接对话持开放态度。朝鲜于上月末试射洲际导弹后，美、韩随后展开规模空前的军演，外界担心半岛局势可能失控。
蒂勒森本人并未就此作出直接回应，但美国国务院随后表明了官方立场，称朝鲜必须认真严肃对待弃核一事，这是最终达成全面协议的重要组成部分，只有这样对话才有可能开启。
外媒援引拉夫罗夫的话报道称：“我们知道，朝鲜最重要的诉求是确保自身安全，因此美国是朝鲜的首要谈判对象。对此俄方表示支持，我们愿意就未来可能举行的会谈提供必要的便利。我们的美国伙伴们都已知悉。”
针对朝鲜在核武器与导弹试验领域的频频挑衅，国际社会愈发认为，有必要为消解朝鲜半岛紧张局势寻求出路，相关国家遂展开了外交活动。11月29日，朝鲜试射了“火星-15”新型洲际弹道导弹，射程覆盖美国本土全境，朝鲜核僵局迈入了新的境界。而2个多月前，朝鲜进行了该国第6次、也是首次氢弹试爆。
在近期的几次非正式会议上，朝鲜官员对于外部威胁可能发动的斩首行动流露出忧虑，他们担心朝鲜可能还没来得及发射导弹，该国领导层可能已经遭到暗杀，整个军队的指挥控制系统已经被瘫痪。
而国际社会对朝、美双方日益升级的口水战也愈发表现出忧虑，担心双方可能因为误判对方意图、错误估计战争可能导致的灾难性结果而不幸越过红线。
美、朝两国立场相去甚远，平壤当局拒绝就弃核展开谈判的任何建议。朝鲜希望美国承认其核国家地位，并取消制裁及停止在朝鲜半岛上的军事演习，进而消除对朝敌意。
不过，美、朝双方年内还是通过“纽约渠道”进行了几次非正式会晤，美方包括朝鲜问题特别代表Joseph Yun在内的官员参与了其中。美国总统特朗普今年9月在联大发表针对朝鲜充满威胁性的讲话，朝方一度切断了“纽约渠道”，但近来有迹象表明，平壤当局可能有兴趣重启这一渠道。
分析师表示：“我认为，美国现在最好不要把焦点放在朝鲜去核上，而是应该寻求出路，如何避免误判形势、降低风险，确保局势不再升级。在我看来，这对美国而言是可以实现的目标。”
