黄金直拉12美元，耶伦证词成最大助力
北京时间7月12日20:30，美联储公布主席耶伦即将稍后在众议院金融委员会就货币政策进行作证的讲话稿，显示出耶伦在收紧货币政策上的态度有所松动，现货黄金刷快速拉升近12美元，美元指数急挫近40点。
要提醒广大投资者的是，这也是耶伦明年年初任期届满前最后一次在国会金融委员会就货币政策发表半年度证词。耶伦证词的主要观点有：
① 通胀对经济状况的反应是重要的不确定性，近期通胀有所下滑，美联储将密切关注。
② 未来几年需要进一步渐进加息，并预计今年年内将启动缩表，围绕美国经济前景的风险大致平衡。
③ 资产负债表的长期正常水平依然有待确认，资产负债表的适当规模取决于包括银行准备金未来需求等一些未知因素，但美联储不打算将资产负债表用作主动政策工具。
④ 预计美国经济将在未来几年内温和增长。但若美国经济恶化，美联储将恢复使用资产负债表工具，并通过采取减少主要再投资的方式来缩表。
⑤ 就业和经济增长料将催生薪资和物价上涨，二季度经济增速有所提高，主要是家庭支出上涨、国内商业投资增加以及全球经济走强。
分析师解读耶伦证词认为，美联储不会在9月开始缩表，通胀预期模型已经失效。
分析师则指出，即便9月进行缩表，美联储也需要推迟加息，以便有更多的时间来观察通胀和经济增长。
