美联储负责任位置更换，市场风向或有起色？
国白宫在北京时间7月11日早晨表示，总统特朗普将提名前总统布什任内的财政部高级官员夸尔斯出任美联储负责银行业监管的副主席。如果这一消息得到证实，夸尔斯将成为寻求放松金融监管的美国政府任命的首位美联储官员。

几个月来，为了填补美联储的这一空缺职位，夸尔斯被考虑为潜在的候选人。他将接任4月辞职的塔鲁洛(Daniel Tarullo)，负责监管美国的银行体系。
如果这一消息得到证实，夸尔斯将成为寻求放松金融监管的美国政府任命的首位美联储官员。
分析师们指出，夸尔斯在一项声明中表示，《多德-弗兰克法案》是“野心遭遇失败”和“对不适当的压力做出让步”的结果。
分析师在一份报告中表示：“我们维持以前的看法，认为夸尔斯会利用副主席职务进行监督，为美国的银行编排一个广阔的放松管制的议程，将焦点关注于增加压力测试透明度，改变‘沃尔克规则’，并保证地区/社区银行监管的相对宽松。”
夸尔斯经营着私人投资公司Cynosure Group。他之前是私人股本公司Carlyle Group的合伙人。他曾在布什政府时期担任美国财政部的副部长。
