美联储鲍威尔：今年3月加息理由已经具备
美联储(FED)理事鲍威尔(Jerome Powell)周四(3月2日)表示，美联储今年3月份会议上加息的理由已经“具备”。这意味着他加入此前已发表讲话的美联储官员行列，暗示不久将加息。
由于近期美联储官员不断发表鹰派言论，促使投资者预期联储将在短期内升息预期，美元兑一篮子货币周四曾升至102.26的七周高位。
鲍威尔周四在接受采访时称，“3月份加息理由已然具备，我的确认为这已是待议事项。”
他指出，自己仍然认为今年加息三次是合适的，尽管展望可能会随着经济状况的改变而改变。他周四的言论跟他之前的评论一致或略显鹰派，包括他2月22日说“很快”就升息是合适的。
联邦公开市场委员会(FOMC)将在3月14-15日召开议息会议。纽约联储主席杜德利(William Dudley)和美联储理事布雷纳德(Lael Brainard)本周都表达了支持不久升息的新观点，投资者目前也期待届时将升息。
杜德利周二表示，特朗普当选美国总统以及共和党掌控国会后，收紧货币政策“变得更为紧迫”；布雷纳德周三则指出，全球经济改善与美国稳健复苏，说明美联储“很快将适宜”升息。
鲍威尔表示，“通胀加速、就业市场走强、工资开始上升以及国际环境较为有利，让美联储官员有信心支持今年以更快速度升息。依据去年12月的预测，美联储预计今年加息三次。”美联储将在3月份会议上给出新的预测。
鲍威尔讲话之后，美国3月联邦基金利率期货走势暗示，交易商预计美联储在3月会议上升息的几率为75%，周三晚些时候为66%。
