英镑兑美元触及一个月低位，受苏格兰脱英忧虑打压
周二(12月20日)英镑兑美元跌至一个月低点，苏格兰脱离英国的忧虑增加重挫英镑。苏格兰首席部长称她愿意推动苏格兰从英国独立出来，以确保在英国脱欧后苏格兰保留欧洲单一市场准入资格。
英镑兑美元触及一个月低位的1.2313，至1555报约1.2350，全日下跌0.3%。英镑周一曾下跌0.9%，因市场担心脱欧或对英国企业构成冲击。
苏格兰首席部长斯特金称，她倾向于脱欧后英国整体留在单一市场，仍可与28个国家在无关税的情况下进行商品和服务贸易。
第二个选项是与英国区别对待，苏格兰保留在单一市场；第三个选项是苏格兰从英国独立出来。
英国首相特雷莎梅周二告诉一议会委员会称，她不认为苏格兰政府有再次举行全民公投的必要。如果独立，苏格兰将不再是欧盟成员。
特雷莎梅称，一旦达成脱欧协议，需解决企业适应与欧盟新关系的需要。
美元周二攀升至14年高位，美联储主席耶伦就劳动力市场发表评论，支撑了明年加息步伐快于预期的观点。
