美国6月个人消费支出好于预期
美国商务部(DOC)周二(8月2日)数据显示，随着家庭购买商品和服务数量增加，美国6月消费者支出环比涨幅好于预期，表明美国消费在第二季度飙升后依然能保持强劲。
详细数据显示，美国6月个人消费支出(PCE)月率增长0.4%，好于预估的0.3%，5月个人消费支出也为增长0.4%。
虽然美国第二季度强劲的消费支出增速或很难维持，但经济学家依然表现出对美国消费的乐观态度，预计消费支出仍将稳步增长，因劳动力市场收紧，同时薪酬也将稳步增长，而房价和股市上涨也支撑了消费表现。
Jefferies LLC资深货币市场经济学家Thomas Simons称：“美国个人消费支出仍在稳步增长，进入第三季度，强劲的劳动力市场将推动消费增长势头持续下去。”
数据还显示，6月个人收入环比上升0.2%，不及预期的0.3%，5月为0.2%。由于收入增长不及支出增长，因此6月储蓄率下跌至5.3%。
数据公布之后，路透点评称，消费开支占美国超三分之二的经济活动，因此对GDP统计将有较大影响；上周第二季度GDP数据中，消费支出分项年率4.2%，占据1.2%的GDP增速绝大部分；虽然第二季度表现的强劲走势或难以持续，但经济学家认为薪资和就业将有利于个人开支持续稳固。
