供应过剩顽疾再上心头 原油急挫逾3%
美市早盘，美油布油急速下跌逾3.5%，分别报39.86和41.87美元/桶，美油自4月20日以来首度跌破40美元/桶大关。
虽然之前交易商在新的一月开始时建立仓位，新的买单对油价构成提振；不过原油供应充裕、成品油充斥市场以及经济前景走软，令油市仍备受困扰。
两名伊拉克石油官员周一称，伊拉克南部港口7月石油日均出口量增至320万桶，高于6月的317.5万桶。伊拉克官员和石油分析师预计今年该国出口会进一步成长，不过增速料较去年放缓。伊拉克2015年是石油输出国组织(OPEC)国家中石油供应增长最快的国家。
伊朗国家电视台报导称，该国石油部长尚甘尼称，油市目前供应过剩，但预计供需将恢复平衡。伊朗国家电视台周一援引尚甘尼话称，“油市目前供应过剩，但预计市场供需将恢复平衡。”
沙特阿拉伯将9月售给亚洲客户的阿拉伯轻质油官方售价(OSP)下调每桶1.30美元，为该品级原油价格近一年最大降幅，在10月需求下滑之前帮助支撑销售。沙特下调官方售价的举动，可能加剧竞争。其竞争对手–比如俄罗斯和阿联酋等，也生产与沙特品级类似的原油，而且也希望在亚洲这个全球主要消费区扩大市场份额。
