欧洲央行诺沃特尼：当通胀触及2%时 央行并非立刻会行动
欧洲央行管委会委员诺沃特尼周三(5月10日)表示，“如果我们在一年时间里实现2%的通胀率，我就立即采取行动，这并非理所当然。相反，我们必须对中期态势发展要有某种把握。”
诺沃特尼称，“如果我有这种把握，利率政策将会做出反应，而且必须做出反应。”
他还强调，“货币政策不能等到通胀升至超过合理水平时才行动，必须以未来的眼光来做出反应。最终重要的是通胀预期保持稳定，而目前的危险是通胀预期在下降。”
诺沃特尼认为，“受基数效应等因素影响，预计今年下半年通胀升幅不会很小。”他还预计能源价格不会进一步下跌。
诺沃特尼指出，“欧洲央行管委会在关键方面方向一致，尽管在个别要点上有分歧。此外，欧洲无法承受像日本那样低增长、低通胀的局面。”
