中国国家统计局周日(5月1日)发布的4月份制造业及非制造业采购经理人指数(PMI)表现喜中有优。制造业PMI显示中国制造业活动仍处于扩张状态，但是活力相比3月有所下降，且不及市场分析人士的预期。而非制造业PMI表现继续好于制造业，但也相比前月有所回落。因此，对于年初以来中国经济出现的触底复苏势头能否延续下去，许多分析人士已经再度提出了疑问。
4月官方制造业PMI为50.1，略高于50这一“枯荣分界线”，但相比3月份的50.2有所回落，且低于路透此前预估的50.4。此前，3月份的各项向好的经济数据曾经令乐观的市场人士认为中国经济增速已经见底，可望迎来全面复苏。但当前的数据或许暗示中国经济仍处于寻底过程中。
