日元兑美元升至18个月来新高
由于主要产油国没能达成冻产协议导致油价暴跌，作为避险资产的日元兑美元汇率在周一触及至18个月以来的新高。
美元兑日元触及107.85的低点，一天内下跌了0.67%。周末多哈会议上各方未能达成冻产协议促成了此次日元汇率的上涨。
在沙特阿拉伯要求伊朗也要遵守此次冻产协议后该谈判破裂。
伊朗已经拒绝参加此次会谈并表示不会实施冻产计划，除非它的石油产量恢复至被制裁前的水平。
油价的大幅下跌已经打击了投资者信心并可能会继续打压风险偏好。
出于对日本负利率政策的不安以及市场对避险资产的需求增加，日元自今年以来就一直在升值。
持续走强的日元对日本央行试图提升通胀率的努力构成了挑战，日本官方暗示他们会采取相应手段以阻止日元的走强。
但G20的周末会议上美国表示它不会支持抑制本国货币汇率的行为，因而日本采取干预措施的可能性会有所减小。
上周五美国经济报告显示美国经济乏善可陈，暗示美联储未来的的加息决议将更加谨慎，之后美元兑日元出现了下跌。
较低的利率水平使得美元对高收益投资者的吸引力大大降低。
美元兑欧元轻微下跌，EUR/USD微升0.14%至1.13.
大宗商品相关货币大幅贬值，澳元兑美元下跌0.69%至0.7671，美元兑加元上涨1%至一周新高1.2943。新西兰元兑美元维持在0.6911不变。
