欧央行官员：低利率将长时间维持
周一，欧洲央行(ECB)管理委员会两位委员均发表了一些对市场的看法。其中利卡宁表示，欧洲央行将在未来很长一段时间内维持当前利率，甚至继续降低利率来支持欧元区的经济增长。而维勒鲁瓦德加洛则表示欧央行并没有计划使用更多的非传统货币政策。
“考虑到未来的通胀情况，我们可以将低利率政策维持很长一段时间，甚至远超资产购买的时间。”利卡宁在声明中说，“若经济情况恶化，欧洲央行依然有方法能继续扩大通胀及促进经济的成长。”
利卡宁还表示，全球经济增长的放缓，特别是中国经济的放缓使全球经济增长的不确定性增加，欧元区也受其影响增长缓慢。
维勒鲁瓦德加洛在参加法国央行的会议时表示，欧洲央行的宽松政策是委员会成员一致支持的政策，但他们暂时没有讨论进一步的措施和更多的非传统措施。
维勒鲁瓦德加洛还说他们不会像日本央行那样通过上市交易基金(ETF)购买股票。同样参与了该会议的里奇蒙德联储莱克则说，购买股票的想法是“可怕的想法”，美联储应当被禁止这样做。
