美联储布拉德：通胀及就业目标已基本达到
美国圣路易斯联储主席布拉德(James Bullard)上周五(3月18日)表示，美联储(Fed)的通胀和就业目标已基本达到，将“审慎地”缓慢上调利率。他是2016年联邦公开市场委员会(FOMC)的投票委员之一。
他在当天的演讲稿中称，“审慎政策表明，将缓慢地调整政策利率和资产负债表至更加正常的水准。”
布拉德是3月16日美联储会议上投票支持维持利率不变的多数决策者之一，他近期曾表示担心通胀预期下滑。
他认为，“劳动力市场接近常态，不含石油冲击的通货膨胀相当接近目标。零利率政策往往被视为临时性政策，但却实施了7年，远远超过正常经济周期波动的期限。”
不过，这些预期最近一直在上升，布拉德指出，他现在认为“扣除油价影响后，通胀率非常接近目标。”然而，他并未在准备的演讲稿中暗示下次升息应在何时进行。
布拉德准备的演讲稿大多是围绕一个问题的偏理论性讨论，即美国和欧洲在更长时间内维持低利率，是否造成了通胀率留守低位直到利率上升的局面，而非刺激需求从而推动通胀上升。
